Paul remodelled a very special piece of jewellery left to me by my mum. He listened carefully to what I wanted but also gave expert input that made the final result even better than I could have hoped for. I wouldn’t have trusted a less experienced or less creative jeweller with such a precious item and he did us both proud. What he produced is beautiful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

First time using goldstraw after my wedding ring was subject to an accident at work and out off shape, Goldstraw had it reshaped and rhodium coated in a week and it now looks as good as new, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

Absolutely delighted with my ring that has been made by Paul from a diamond ring that was my Grandfather’s. It’s exactly the design I wanted, I highly recommend Goldstraw Goldsmiths. I wouldn’t go anywhere else if you need a repair or a special piece of unique jewellery made.

Had a stone reset and secured in an engagement ring. Left ring with them and although quite a long lead time quoted (I'm pleased that they are that busy and also gives me confidence if they're in demand) was given a call a few weeks later that they had managed to catch up their workload and the ring was ready for collection. Always better when service is under-promised and over-delivered!Great job done at a fair price and good customer service. Would recommend.

Amazing service! I was going to get my engagement ring resized in London but as my parents live local I decided to take my ring there over Christmas to be altered after my mother recommended the jewellers to me. Paul went above and beyond with his helpful service, ring came back sparkling and fitted like a glove! I couldn't recommend enough!
