Wouldn’t recommend this garage, I’ve had a problem with my car for a number of weeks and the customer service has been really poor. I rely on my car, like most people, and as a one car household it’s really frustrating when you aren’t able to use your car as you wish.I paid £700 for a job, that didn’t fix the problem and it’s had to go back to the garage again.The disruption and inconvenience to everyday life is frustrating but made even worse by the staff who no care or concern.I’ve been made to feel stupid and spoken down to. I’ve witnessed male customers being treated completely differently and I’d never pick to take my car to them again.I’ve purchased three cars through Arnold Clark branches, but would rather take my custom elsewhere.Whilst I appreciate sometimes things go wrong and they cost money to repair, I would expect basic customer service to help you out.I’ve raised a formal complaint and I am awaiting a response from them. But I’m not overly optimistic anything will be done to restore my confidence in them.

Booking my car in for the MOT was very simple with courteous staff. Then I tried to process the Motability buy back and Simon was irritable, arrogant, unhelpful. I tried to complain to his boss, Mark. I left 2 messages for Mark but he never called back

Had the best experience at this Arnold Clark branch today. Stuart Stuchberry was so patient and friendly, he dedicated a lot of time to us and showed us as many cars as we wanted as well as a bit of chit chat which made us feel relaxed.We had no idea what we wanted when we went in but came out with huge smiles, so excited to pick the car up next week!
