I am very grateful to FFT Plumbing. I sent out a general request via checkatrade for some advice and help with a water leak. Frank took the time to reply to a few questions via WhatsApp and put my mind at rest by suggesting it was most likely an issue with the meter and that I should let Essex and Suffolk Water investigate before he came round. He was proved correct and I was very grateful that he took the time and trouble to offer his professional advise (without payment) to a stranger. He will have first refusal on any future plumbing work I need doing.

Frankie helped us with replacing a shower in our ensuite. From the off he was responsible, pleasant and hardworking. Sorted it out in a few visits and we are so happy with the job. I'll be keeping Frankie's number for future use too. Highly recommend.
