Excellent in every respect. We've engaged many of the services offered by One IT Support and they are always helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond. I recommend them to my clients as I trust their work and I know they offer exceptional value. Awesome.

I would ask before hand for an estimate, that's my fault and the only reason I am not giving 1 star. Spilt tiny amount of water on laptop was opened dried and closed. Got charged £72 inc VAT plus no mention of £12 VAT over the phone, found that out on pickup. Just seems plain opportunistic greed to me......

Exceptional service standards. I.T. is such a dark art for so many businesses but with One IT Support you don't need to worry. Their support service is such that they'll fix a problem before you know there is one. Highly recommended.

They really take the time to listen to your requirements and will explore lots of solutions to problems. I have been travelling a lot lately & taking my Lenovo laptop 17” screen, which is a bit cumbersome as you can imagine, & could be awkward. I was looking for a new smaller surface & asked One IT to source. They saved me a significant amount of time & money when advising me & helping me get an excellent refurbish product, which is like brand-new & they also cloned my current machine to the new one. This has made things pretty seamless. They have also taken time out with me to go through it, and not just leave it with me.
