Primo Registrations

I have never received such rude customer service from a company, and I mean genuinely rude. I spoke to several people and every single one of them was openly rude. The plates turned up and they weren't even remotely useable due to poor QC process.Don't give your money to company's like this, there companies out there that want to help and support you, this isn't one of them.

Found this company quite rude, customer service is not the best, day of purchase I called about 5 mins after they opened just to confirm I did everything right as I have severe anxiety, the man who answered the phone was incredibly rude telling me how they’ve only just opened and gave me the impression that I shouldn’t be calling when they’re open to ask a query about my order. Due to this I was then uncomfortable calling them.I was then messaging them via my order screen and again I found them quite and came across quite aggy, my query was not answered.I would not recommend this company although they did what they said they would if your asking simple questions, DO NOT BUY WITH THIS COMPANY there customer service is appalling!!As a first time private registration buyer, I will definitely NOT be buying with this company again regardless of their price! Customer service is number ONE. To this company your money is number one.

Purchased the plates in May, didn't use them until this week. Sent in the forms on Friday, delivered Monday and got a message to say they could be fitted mid afternoon Monday.Customer service was helpful as I well past the 3 week period stated on the order form and I was a little dubious having read the reviews.Overall very easy transaction.

Fantastic service, new plates arrived within a dayYou post your v5 to them, as soon as they received that i got a text saying your ok now to display your new plates . New V5 then arrived 5 days later, so the whole Process completed in just over a week really fast service would recommend.

Having ordered a lower priced plate I did wonder if there was a pecking order for those with deeper pockets.Thankfully this is not the case! Brilliant service from start to finish with new plates on my car within 5 days.Thank you for your service!

Good communication both in email and on the phone, ordered a plate from them which came in timely fashion, I sent out my V5C not too long after and they've managed to switch the reg within a few days.Now just waiting for my new V5C!Thanks Primo.

Order placed on Sunday, received plates and transfer pack on Thursday, filled in transfer pack and put in the post on Thursday, received email and text saying I could put my plates on the car and reminding me to inform my insurance company. Overall a fast and helpful service. Would definitely use them again.
