Nuffield Health Haywards Heath Hospital

I have had a shoulder problem for years and finally decided it was time to get it sorted out. My surgery was booked in for yesterday and I arrived to find a very welcoming greeting at reception, and from there it only got better.Everyone from my Surgeon, anaesthetist, and everyone else made my procedure more like a stay at a nice hotel.I would like to give a special shout out to the lovely nurse Catherine.It is always nice when someone is willing to go that extra mile and she certainly did this.Once again thank you to everyone who looked after me.

Iv been to this hospital many times, for surgery in my foot and shoulders. The surgeon s and staff are brilliant. Iv got lots more operations next couple of years anybody else at the hospital .

I cannot fault the treatment I received from the medical staff working here and everyone I have met has been very friendly and helpful, however for a private facility they really need to up their game on the administrative side and facilities.The lack of cycle parking, signage and knowledge from the reception staff (who were very friendly but had no idea where to put a bike) is pretty poor for such a large facility.Ended up having to lock my bike to a fence in the utility area and almost missed my appointment!Further to this - appointment booking is extremely frustrating - either email with days to get a response or a phone line which goes straight to voicemail. Also rather Poor.Updating the this as I continue to receive very poor service through the appointment booking team often being offered appointments replying immediately (within 5 minutes on email) then being responded to over 24 hours later saying the appointment is gone. Pretty poor.

From the moment I entered the hospital I was made to feel comfortable . The staff were very kind and helpful and the nicest people you could wish to meet.

I just had an ovarian cystectomy at this hospital performed by Mr Usifo. I cannot fault the treatment I received. Mr Usifo has an excellent bedside manner and clearly explained everything about the procedure to me. The rest of the staff at Nuffield Haywards Heath were also incredible. I was very well taken care of. Thank you!

We have been here twice for appointments and found the service, premises, staff wonderful.

I have just had knee surgery with Mr Edward Parnell and a two dày stay at the hospital (courtesy of the NHS). All aspects of the experience were excellent and the staff were lovely - many thanks to them.

Absolutely fantastic hospital. I had a laparoscopy with Dr Catherine Wykes who is incredible at what she does - excellent bedside manner and very thorough. The staff here are just so lovely and really made me feel at ease and ensured my comfort was priority, I really can’t fault anything. I’d like to give a particular mention to Lisa, who is just so warm, comforting and friendly. She really went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. Such a lovely lady and a wonderful nurse. Thank you Nuffield!

I had an MRI scan today and the staff were so friendly and put me at ease. Lovely place.

Mr Usifo carried out my recent operation at Haywards Heath Nuffield Hospital. Throughout all of my appointments, before and after, and during my stay, I received excellent care from all of the staff. Mr Usifo listened to my concerns and answered all questions patiently. I never felt under any pressure and I don't think I could have been in better hands.
