Amazing customer service - I took my car in because the driver seat was jammed, and Jamie and Nigel fixed it no problem at all. Thank you both so much! And thank you Laura for chatting to mum and I while we waited!

Linda behind the desk, an older larger lady is a very unprofessional colleague who shouldn’t have a job in customer service as she makes everything seem an inconvenience when it is her job to help and be polite. I’m confused to why she still has a job as I am aware this isn’t the first time she has been rude to someone. I have been in a number of times where she has served me and every time she is rude and every time she acts as though I am clueless.

Ordered a petrol can through click and collect thinking I'd need one for some equipment hired, realised when equipment arrived this wasn't the case so cancelled my order. App said my money would be refunded but 3 weeks later and an email to halfords, still waiting for my money. Halfords said that somebody would be in touch, still waiting for that too. I'll not use Halfords again, really poor.

Amazing service - the man fitting my car seat was so friendly and helpful. He did it quickly and effectively, even showed me the finer details.Will definitely use Halfords and their fitting services for future purchases too, incredible that it’s included in price.

I switched my car lights on to find I had no head lights. It was a dark Friday evening and garages were closed. Then I remembered Halfords supply and fit. It was so easy. I went in and told them what was wrong, one of the staff came out, checked that the bulbs that had blown. They had so they changed them there and then.Thank you so much for your help.

Elderly lady on tills most unhelpful. When I asked for help, she just stood still, carried on cleaning her desktop fan so I asked if she could find someone to help me but was told I’d have to wait for someone else to appear.Experience only saved by very a helpful gent who assisted with making up my number plates which initially wasn’t going to happen due to an error with the printer ! Other colleagues should be guided in providing better service, and thinking outside the box to achieve customer requirements, as per the gent on plate printing.

Unbelievably Rude member of staff sat behind the till. Plump older lady. I asked a question and she looked me up and down for a while with a smirk on her face before she could be bothered to answer me. insinuating I was a total clueless airhead. Gave her my car registration to check which oil I needed and she rolled her eyes before checking. Seemed like she was uninterested in helping me, as if I was an inconvenience. The gentleman who then helped me further was fab. I suggest your member of staff on the till gains further training in their customer service skills. After reading some of your other customer reviews it seems I’m not the only one who has received the same level of customer service from this miserable lady. I don’t know how she is still allowed to work there to be honest.

Matt and Luke were very polite and helpful. Couldn't fault them. I only went in to get the light bulb changed and they then did an all round check on my tyres, which included pumping them up, topping up my screen wash, checking my oil, my wiper blades and other lights. All done by 2 very friendly and helpful men. I'm one very happy customer and would highly recommend to go there for an all round check like I had. Thank you.

Excellent customer service from Halfords on Ventura Park Tamworth today. My battery decided to give up the ghost on my car, went to halfords and they fitted me a new one whilst I waited. The staff member who dealt with me today was Alan. He was very polite, professional and went through everything with me, he did a great job fitting the battery. Quick and hassle free.
