Don’t reward loyalty. Year on year increase in package cost despite reducing package to minimum and being a customer of 19 years. Engineer was also unprofessional. Found one wasp in the loft and decided the loft was protected due to bee’s. No bee nest or wasp nest. Engineer spoke about how it was unwise to drill through a wall without checking the other side. Ended up drilling without checking and into the bedroom rather than the loft. Also spoke about the “fat woman” a few doors away who he fit a dish for. Spoke about how she doesn’t stop eating and watches TV. Rip off prices. Poor service. Often outsourced. Messy installation. Would not recommend. Ugly dish just ruins the appearance of a house. Sky Glass is rubbish compared to other TV’s. High time they went wireless like NetFlix. Sky Q box is noisy and remote clunky to use.

Cheeko was patient and courteous throughout which made me only want to deal with the store.My appreciation was confirmed when Avni returned a missed call from me and went out of her way to explain and resolve a query.

#EDIT#It’s been 3 MONTHS and I still DON’T HAVE WI-FI IN MY HOUSE! It’s ridiculous!! Hope you bankrupt soon!!Very poor customer service, wasted more than 1.5h two times and still somehow they got my offer wrong.

To be honest this doesnt even deserve one star. It took two months and my complaint was not resolved. What a lazy and untrained service team.

I got a phone on contract but they refused to give it me in store so they said they going to deliver it to my house next day and I still haven’t received it

Very bad customer services, The staffs are not giving importance to the customers instead they are talking themselves about personal things not minding the customers, i went in evening time about the time they finish their shift, so they want me to leave the place so they act like they don’t care about purchase, two staffs were there and they are talking each other to attend the customer, . I went to many sky outlets but this is the worst experience for me as a customer so i wont recommend sky westfield store for anyone

Nice store with a good demo area for the products. Staff are very friendly too. Encountered loads of technical errors when trying to purchase sky glass though, had to go back 3 times to get it sorted :p

interesting to see the new glass TV up close before committing but the sales staff don't appear to be properly trained as they gave us incorrect information on options, coats etc?? not ideal
