Excellent service and advice on both faults I had encountered and the option of replacing the hard drive rather than changing my laptop. The after sales service was also brilliant with two home visits to resolve small niggles which more experienced users would have been able to resolve themselves. I would highly recommend this business and have done to all friends. A great find with super technical knowledge. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for all my laptop issues

Great customer service, answer Facebook messages really quick. I have an autistic daughter who has lots of specifications and he is always accommodating and friendly answering my hundreds of questions with very reasonable prices

Don't know what Graham Laing's problem is but he sounds like a professional moaner. I have used Oxton IT Centre for well over 10 years and have found Darren goes above and beyond EVERY single time. Prices are more than reasonable and the work top notch

I received excellent help and advice regarding a complex issue with my Huawei laptop from the gents who run this well-established business, at a most reasonable cost. They dealt with the problem as quickly as possible and kept me fully advised at all times

We are an Oxton based business, took a PC in on the 6th September and we knew beforehand that the motherboard needed replacing and agreed with the shop to do that. 2 weeks later - nothing heard, no phone calls. Left a number of messages and no returned calls. Called again today 19th only to be told that a 4 year old Intel I9 socket 1151 couldn't be replaced. It was evident that the shop hadn't even looked at the PC. We jumped on Amazon and there were loads of 1151 motherboards and - we purchased a replacement no probs. We then rang the shop to arrange a collection and told the guy in charge that there were lots of 1151's on Amazon, Scan and all the other major suppliers who sarcastly responded 'happy days'!. In my opinion an awful service, poor communication and best avoided. Complete waste of time.

Excellent response to call out

This company went out of their way after business hours to come and help my young son build his own P.C. Great care and encouragement was taken to ensure this was an educational and enjoyable experience from ordering parts to building the P.C. We will definitely used this company again.
