Terrible customer service. I contacted Stems of Beauty about their availability to do my wedding flowers, after an initial quick response saying there might be availability dependent on timings, I replied with my requirements and timings, as much information as I could provide to make it easier, yet I am still waiting for a reply over 3 weeks later. Terrible customer service to not even bother to reply to say they cannot help. Would not recommend and will definitely not think to use them in the future.

Stunning fresh flowers delivered locally. After looking on their website I asked for a mix of the Marshmellow and Country style, the bouquet looked gorgeous! We ordered from abroad and it was lovely to speak to someone professional and friendly and payment went smoothly. Thanks so much for the great service.

Great service. I was unorganised and had left it a little late to order flowers to take to visit my mums grave several hours drive away. The lady could not have been more helpful! Beautiful flowers!

Ordered a birthday arrangement for my Mum and Hayley was so lovely, she sent me a pic of flowers on WhatsApp (as requested) and even let me know once they were delivered!! Great service!The flowers themselves were absolutely beautiful…this is a local independent florist, not interflora and the value and service stands out…highly recommended and will use next time I want to send flowers in the area.Thanks Hayley!UPDATE May 2023 - another beautiful bouquet from Hayley for my mum and the same great service as last year…if you want flowers use this fantastic local, friendly and independent florist, cannot recommend enough x

My Aunt recently passed away during this lockdown time, and being unable to attend her funeral or visit my relatives, I contacted Stems of Beauty to deliver some flowers. Hayley got back to me within the day and made the whole process very smooth and easy. She made a beautiful wreath, within my budget and delivered it on time with a card as well. Truly excellent service!

Hayley was so helpful from the moment we met her - as two clueless people planning a wedding, she listened to all of what we thought we wanted and created a vision board of flowers to match our ideas and a quote that was very reasonably priced! On the day the flowers were delivered at the perfect time and the bouquets looked amazing - all we had dreamed of! Thank you so much to Hayley for being so lovely to work with, we couldn’t recommend her enough!

It was easy to use the website and place the order. I found out the day before delivery that the recipient was only there in the morning and, as it was on a Friday, it was important the flowers were not left over the weekend. I was delighted by the response to my call. I can recommend Stems!
