A fabulous job completed recently, I would highly recommend Luke and his colleague. Wooden floors in our dining room, conservatory and lounge expertly re-sanded and varnished to a high level. This has completely transformed all three rooms. Luke is very professional and we were really pleased with the low level of dust - it really was worthwhile getting in an expert rather than try and sort this ourselves!

We contacted Luke after previous flooring guys said that they would not strip and sand two of our wooden floors as they thought they were beyond treatment. All we can say now is wow!! Thanks Luke, a great guy who knows is stuff.

LB Flooring did an amazing job sanding and treating two pine floors for me. They had a lot to deal with - my floors had been badly sanded by my decorator, who left them marked by deep gouges from the machine, then ripped up following a gas leak. Luke re-sanded the worst affected (hallway and dining room) and they now look absolutely beautiful. The result is in a different league to that achieved by the decorator who did them in the first place, yet Luke’s rates are actually more reasonable. The only problem is that the floors LB Flooring sanded now look so good that they make the others look even worse by comparison. I only wish I’d gone to LB Flooring Specialists in the first place, but hopefully others can gain from my mistake.
