Lots of quality training given followed by a shadowing process to ensure all new staff are equipped and ready to care for clients. There is a fantastic constant WhatsApp communication system highlighting any issues/concerns or happy events for the client so the next carer is fully aware and prepared.The staff are very kind and friendly and go out of their way to ensure that everything is done to their best ability and that the client is happy and well cared for.Totally Living Care goes above and beyond for their clients

This care agency offers excellent training to its new recruits. The director is an ex police detective and trained Army nurse. Offering one to one domicillary care so that people can stay in their own homes. Excellent.
