This agency sold my mother’s retirement flat. I dealt with Darren, the senior sales negotiator. It took ages to sell, due to market conditions and delay caused by the freeholder, but Darren was very professional throughout. What was gold for me was his excellent communication, keeping me informed every step of the way and doing what he said he would do. It’s also worth saying that the agency’s commission on the flat was very small compared to some of the much higher value properties they sell, but I certainly didn’t get a second class service. Not all estate agents are the same. This is a very good one.
