I was used to go there as I used to stay near by. To be honest even though they are friendly but their services are really bad.So finally after two years I said enough because I had enough. One time they did bad coloring and force me to do other hair thing which also went wrong and even though I explained it to the lady she keep giving me excuses and wrong information. They are not properly qualified. They have no idea about cutting hair at all. I have witnessed another customer complained about her hair cut and she was almost in tears telling it to the lady who did her hair cut but once again excuses. I will not recommend it to anyone. I will actually advice the owner to hire qualified hair dresser or trained them properly. Another thing they gossip about customers with others. Shame on you guys for that.

I had a lovely herbal facial today. Great care was taken and it didn't feel rushed at any point. As part of this, the face massage was very much welcomed and my face was glowing after. I left feeling very calm.

Horrendous experience here. Would not recommend it to my worst enemy. 1 star is pushing it enough. Staff are incredibly rude and are clearly unqualified. The monster of a hairdresser HACKED my long hair to bits. After telling her I just wanted a trim she laughed and hacked away. She also told me that if i wanted it dried i would have to pay extra, after agreeing to pay it, she refused to dry it. I had to get it restyled in a salon where staff are trained and qualified in cutting hair. The salon is dirty and I paid £22 to have my hair washed with herbal essences... Not quite sure how it is still in business.

They have started a new Papaya Facial very recently. Which has become very popular in a matter of weeks. I booked a facial last week and I am very pleased with it. It was very relaxing and very skin friendly. The Therapist named Humera did a fantastic job on my face. She has made me feel like a different person altogether. I highly recommend her for facials. She was excellent. The Salon is very nicely done up and gives you a very Welcoming feel. I will give them Allthe Stars.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’m honestly disappointed in the professionalism of this place.After the government made it clear that salons can be open again after lockdown, I was looking forward to booking an appointment.I called ahead & as soon as I asked to book an appointment the lady on the phone dropped the phone on me. Without saying anything, just dropped the phone. I called again, thinking that maybe it was a mistake, because it was quite particular, my calls were then busy times repeatedly.I am honestly confused and disgusted at the lack of customer service displayed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Service is really bad. I had cut and colour done their because my hall of residence is just next to the salon. The middle age lady is queen of gossip. Witnessed her gossiping about customer with other customer. A young lady complained about her hair coloured and said the way the dresser coloured, the colour did not last. The customer asked if she mixed the colour well. The hair dresser said it is not her fault or the colour fault. The customer hair is the main villain lol. I was looking at the customer expression, which clearly said stop lying. I will never go there again. Good luck with working with customer that laugh and gossip about customer.

I would like to say a big thank you to Ruhi for such an awesome head massage and Neck,back and shoulder,I've had pain for over 6 months in my shoulder but after today's experience I feel brand new.Highly recommended.Next a facial to experience.

I wouldnt recommend this place for threading. They're ok and somewhat friendly but they dont listen. I asked for a clean up with eyebrow threading but the lady made it much thinner - which is the very thing i asked her not to do. The manner of threading is also quite rough. I dont have sensitive skin but I did bleed and my skin tore around the upper lip area. Its a shame as I feel all that ruins their professionalism is just not listening to what the customer wants. Not sure how they are with other services they offer but avoid for threading. The only decent person here is Reshma (ask for her only).

Inquired about prices, one tells you some special price deal for a certain time of day. You come back the following day for their supposed lunch time special. You get assurance from the lady that the lunch special is still on. Then once you get the service provided, they conveniently forget that such special deal exists - (so you pay full price and wasted the time having to rush during lunch)Also, the eye brow shaping/threading left my eye lids with cuts. >_
