This is a great shop to get your photographs printed, I went in to get some Christmas images printed for decoration at home. The member of staff was really helpful , she did what I needed for me to put my images onto their photo machine , she showed me how to share my images on my phone with the machine and she helped to crop them to size to get the best possible printout. My pictures look great in frames on my walls.

Need more staff in your dudley store! Only wanted to print a couple of pictures off on my lunch break and spent the whole half hour in there as only one member of staff on. Normally use here for my pictures but might start going elsewhere.

Very helpful branch and helpful staff. Had a family photo shoot with our kids was fantastic to see the staff produce good quality photos with the back drops and photographic props.We also had a good offer in havin the canvas and key rings too. Would recomend to use.

I asked how much for a copy in black and white, she said 35p each. I said OK cos I needed them urgently. When I pulled out some forms of ID she said we charge £1.50 each. Daylight robbery, so i went to Ryman. They said 25p each for any type of document.

I went into the Merry Hill store to ask an assistant if the passport photos l'd just had taken were acceptable for a passport. I was told they were. When l got home l checked the criteria on the UK GOV website and found they weren't, so had to return to the centre yo have some more taken. I did go back into the store and after waiting for the assistant, who too preoccupied to even notice customers waiting, l asked how much it would cost for passport photos. I nearly passed out when the reply was £10.99. If they can't tell if a photo would pass the criteria for a passport, why would l pay that much for them to take the photo. Steer clear, these staff have inadequate knowledge to give out advice and are well overpriced!

Absolutely love this shop they do so many things that helps me with my business it’s a god send and takes the stress out of having to use expensive printing companies do do my A3 and A4 menus .our printed mugs also look amazing and help advertise our business even more. The manager is brilliant he goes out of his way to do anything he can to help you and he did a fantastic job of putting my wedding pictures on picture blocks .Highly recommended

If you want passport photos go to a booth, they charge twice as much after making you wait half a hour whilst they try rip some old man off.

Great line in photo printing. Everything from canvas and aluminium printing to cups, tee shirts and other novelty items. Self service photo printing. Massive selection of frames and some very pleasant staff offering good advice. They even do the passport service on usb. Prices are reasonable.

I'll start by saying that the staff are horrendous... This morning I went in to ask to have the ready-made photos printed from my email, a service that this shop has always advertised at a cost of £5, on other occasions I have used this service even though the staff was annoyed by my request, since they expect you to have to spend more money to have them take your photos. today a beast of a man rudely told me that they didn't provide this service and that if I still wanted to print the photos from the email it would cost me £12.99. Shame, some shops just deserve to close forever. If you think you will get more customers by behaving in a micranous way, you are wrong. you have already lost a customer today.
