Rachel is a wonderful yoga teacher and has also built a team of fabulous teachers including Kat, Emma and Jo. The studio is beautiful - a welcoming oasis of calm - and they really help you develop your yoga practice as well. Fab fab fab!

The best studio I’ve had the pleasure of practising at. After both of my babies, Cobham Yoga was my sanctuary to relax, train and regain strength. Emma M was a special ray of sunshine for my husband and I during those tough newborn years. A beautiful studio and a great place to practise. Rachael and her team are highly qualified, friendly and motivated instructors who have been fun to spend time with for the last few years. Special thank you xxx

A very good yoga studio. Welcoming, professional teachers who gauge the level of students really well so that everyone is supported but also develops their practice. Could not recommend more highly.

Just took the Friday night hotly intense yet sublimely chilled class with Rachel the lovely owner. It was perfect! Tempo, the flow, the music, the temperature, the glass doors onto the garden, everything! Can’t recommend enough.

I absolutely love Cobham Hot Yoga, its an amazing studio with great teachers, it provides yoga for all abilities and has a lovely welcoming Community feel. Highly recommend this place of zen :)
