Wow, what don't they have!!!! The stock was immense, and the staff were fantastic. We had the lovely Sarah help us, and I had forgotten to take my sample of top, I explained it as best as I could, and she was able to assist me. What I thought was going to be quite daunting turned out to be a great experience, I got everything I needed in one shop. Thank you, Sarah and Barry's Fabric x

Customer service was very poor. My partner and I have visited a few times and we have been glared at and spoken to quite rudely whenever we are in. I'm not sure if it's bc we are students? An honest shame though as the fabric are actually quite good and well priced. So if you don't mind about feeling uncomfortable during your shop you can come here!

Convenient for getting fabrics for costume making/cosplay. They have a large selection of different fabrics at different price points. I would ignore the reviews saying the staff are rude. They’re polite and let you look round freely. We’ve been four times now.

Went here because I couldn’t find what I was looking for in other shops in Birmingham, and I found everything I wanted here! The selection of fabrics is just immense. Dropped a star because the staff aren’t the friendliest here compared to elsewhere

I have been a customer for years and almost always find what I need but I'm getting tired of the poor customer service. I say hello and will be stared at until I continue with my question. Giving poor directions to something instead of showing me, very odd behaviour for sales people. I dont expect smiles but also dont expect to be looked at with disdain.

Huge range of fabrics at reasonable prices. You need a strong pair of arms to move the fabric rolls around! I find the shop assistants very helpful. I visited again but was disappointed with the range upholstery fabrics suitable for my project. There is parking outside (and CCTV cameras) for their customers which is a huge plus.

What a find - an Aladdin's cave of fabrics! Having read previous reviews about the staff being unfriendly I can only assume those people shopped in a different store! I found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful to their customers and I was served by Angela who couldn't have been nicer. Barry's Fabrics was recommended to me by a friend and will now be my new go to" store for dress fabric!"
