Nice man until you say something is wrong sold me a fire with parts missing and parts that were to big and didn’t fit told me he would have to order new parts which I couldn’t understand because if it’s a new fire surely the parts should be in the showroom also the fret was scuffed then he became really arrogant and even questioned that the parts were right until the gas engineer spoke to him been waiting 4 weeks for a new fret and went to collect today was told I was trying it on which I am not just wanted the fire to be right he was abusive and talking to the camera saying this woman is off her head I did sware at him which I shouldn’t off but he has caused me so much stress I will never recommend him to anyone

We had a fire and surrounded fitted by these people 10 mts ago recently had a problem with it when we tried to tell them about it told sarcastically nothing do with us get in touch with the manufacturer think the word that springs to mind is COWBOYS could say more why waste my time they are a joke

Where do I start, Stephen Agana at myfiresandsurrounds , spent plenty of time with us , friendly and helpful , when we ordered our fire surround and fire , the process was very smooth . The delivery process was excellent. The sub contractor suggested by them, who fitted it was local to us and did a super job, nothing was too much trouble.
