Alex the vet was incredible! My rescue cat Niko gets very upset at leaving the house and is scared of new people. Alex was so gentle and kind with Niko as well as very thorough and reassuring when treating him. Thank you for your kindness and patience with Niko!

I've used Hillmans for over 20 odd years! I've just had my wee girl neutered & the aftercare is great! They phone you to make sure your dog is OK! I wouldn't trust my dog with anyone else! Brilliant vets & so caring! It's a shame our doctors surgery don't employ staff as caring? Lol

I've always took my pets to this vets as I feel very comfortable with the service they give. The staff are fantastic and very polite n helpful I have every faith in the staff here and the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. I could not wish for a better vets. I wish them all the best and keep up the good work. They give u support every time these are some of my cats who had cat flu and without the help n support of the vets and myself n my family would of died. So I'm so proud of all my nine fury friends I wouldn't be with out them they are my world

An excellent team of friendly staff who were only too happy to help with anything and everything, really would recommend to anyone looking for a vet for their beloved pet(s). Every staff member I spoke too was very kind and was only too happy to answer any questions, really helping to ensure I give my pets the best care I possibly can, which is what they truly deserve.

We have not used the Arboretum site before, as we usually use Weston Street as its closer to home and our cat isn't in his carrier for any longer than needed.Our cat was due for an annual check up and vaccination, which I was delighted to have received a text notification and a link to book on line! Fantastic!We were seen promptly and our cat who can be a little skittish, was put at ease with lots of fuss and attention, weighed, checked and vaccinated, the lady answered a couple of queries we had and we were on our way. Great service all round.

Even during this Covid crisis the staff at Hillmans vets have been very professional. The procedure of ringing in to see someone on your appointment is quite long but it is understandable with all things considered. Patience is the key. The practice dealt with our injured pet with compassion and understanding. The entrance is clearly marked off the main road round the back of the building. You cannot access or park around the front. The entrance into the practice building is small so I am not sure if a wheelchair can get through. With any vets the pricing can be expensive. Very good experience

It was the first time I have been to this vets with my dog .I was really satisfied with the service. In fact I found it much better than the vets where I used to take my dog.Really helpful. Glad to join.
