My grandma had respite care at this home, and it proved to be an outstanding experience that she really enjoyed! She has asked me to write this review on her behalf as a thank you for the care she experienced.She consistently commended the diligence and caring nature of the entire staff, along with the excellent amenities. Specifically, she took delight in the variety of activities available, such as bingo, flower arranging (this was her personal favourite), fitness sessions, musical performances, crafts, and much more.I wholeheartedly recommend Drumconner and my grandmother certainly plans to return. Thank you!

I have had the joy of working here for the past 2 years and 6 months and would highly recommend the experience to anyone who is willing to join the team. The staff strive to deliver outstanding high quality, person centred care to our lovely residents. The food is amazing and served with the best service possible. The management and owners are willing to go above and beyond for the staff and treat them like a family. The clinical team go out of their way to provide the best possible nursing care. 5 stars in all aspects!

Gran loves it, she feels at home here. Very happy with the treatment given to her, staff are attentive and kind and really seem to care. Food is good quality, cleanliness is excellent and plenty of activities for her too.

My father has been at Drumconner for over one year. I’ve always been very keen to get the best possible care. His care is centred around his needs and wishes and I am heavily involved as well. I am able to visit with prior arrangements when I wish. I feel very supported by the care home as I lost my mother 14 months ago she was my dad‘s carer as well. They have been an amazing support to both my father and me and my sisters on this journey. The food is excellent there although I’ve not tasted it, my dad loves it. The chef is from a hotel and everything is cooked from scratch. This was not the case in previous care homes. The manager is very keen to keep everything as normal and home-like as possible for the residents. They have regular social gatherings and day trips out which my dad loves. The activities lady is brilliant, she does lots of things that are different as well as the usual offerings. Drumconner has been a fantastic find for us as a family, my dad loves it there.I do hope people will take the trouble to read this review and ignore the one star review written by a disgruntled former employee. I find a his review offensive and upsetting as my father was residing there now and was at the time it was written and truthfully couldn’t be further wrong.

A really beautiful care home for my mother where the Staff are excellent and very caring. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable including communal areas where the residents can join in organised activities if they want to.Both my mother and I are very happy with the care given and would definitely recommend to all my friends.

We moved my Grandfather here for end of life care in January 2023. Without exception, every single member of staff was wonderful. Caring, sincere, hard working, empathetic and enormously respectful. The nursing care was exceptional, and everyone on shift knew exactly what was going on in real time.My grandfather died with dignity in a safe, peaceful and loving environment. My family will be forever grateful to Hannah and her wonderful team for their support during his time at Drumconner.

not suitable residential for medically/mentally good residential 'guest 'should be called ASSISTED LIVING i am not allowed the degree of i independence and freedom I have enjoyed for the past 40 years with the company and support of my 84 year old husband who now feels unable and wishes not to not help there is little of interest here for me - i mentioned dying of boredom" here was judged suicidal and lost my self medicating rights a intelligence not recognised judged nasty and abusive not FRUSTRATED without my mobility scooter Ic all this a hospice"

Amazing. Mum was so well cared for!! No worries about if she was eating, safe and living rather than slowly withdrawing. Love the fact that family owners are around to make sure mum wanted for nothing!

My brother spent a sort time here until he sadly passed away. He got first class care from all the nursing staff and the carers which made his last days comfortable and peaceful. From my point of view they made the hardest time of mine and my family life’s as easy as it could be. Cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them.
