Chestertons South Kensington

Dealing with a lot of Letting agents I have a have a wide range of experiences good and bad but Chestertons South Kensington are always fantastic to deal with. Special mention also to Alexandra and Emily who are amazing!

Chestertons have been excellent in finding us good tenants and have been most helpful along the route. I would particularly like to mention Alexandra and Emily. Both have gone out of their way to help in all respects.

Comment on your reply****The flat won’t be rented while the director and all the letting team are aware about my viewing at 6 pm .Furthermore , I was advised on that day that the landlord is happy with my offer and happy that I see the flat at 6 pm . Coming 3 hours back to me after allthese confirmations to say that the flat was let is very unprofessional.This dodgy incident would never ever happen from any letting agency unless if it lacks the basic professionalism , reliability and courtesy !Review from NHS consultant doctor about this agency .Lack of professionalism, unreliable and time wasters.I have been dealing with many agencies over the last 15 years , to let my property, to let a property but by far this is the worst agency . Unreliable , unprofessional and time waster .As I am always busy with my work ,I called them and put an offer for 3 years and wanted to book viewing on the day. Someone named ALEXANDRA CARBERRY in the Letting team is extremely unprofessional and a real time waster !! . She was supposed to get back to me to confirm the viewing but she left me all day waiting and ruined my plans. I have been in touch the agency director on the following day , who was helpful and booked the viewing for me ,I had to change my plans to do the viewing later on the day BUT she came back few hours later to cancel the viewing and giving a very poor excuse that the flat is no longer available !!!so again she wasted my time and ruined my plans .Very unprofessional with zero decency !! Unfortunately such kind of persons give a very poor image about the agency .I saw another flat later in the evening with another agency , which is very good and professional , and I put an offer .I would give 0/5 for my experience with Chestertons and I would not recommend them at all.

Just want to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the unpleasant experience with one of the senior negotiator M. I am so surprised by her lack of professionalism: either a no show or late for viewing appointment, even you had to call a husband times to notice her. Also she could easily cancel your viewing with a simple excuse and no response then even she promised to reschedule. Worst experience during my property hunting.

We often carry out works as a cleaning contractor for the lettings team at Chestertons South Ken and find Ally and the rest of the the team there are fantastic!They are very personable and professional, everything's well organised and booked in ahead of time and we never have any issues with getting the correct keys etc which really helps our day to run smoothly. Can't fault them at all!!

Chestertons have been managing my property in London for nearly a decade. As I am non-resident in the UK I have to rely on my property agent to manage my apartment with all sorts of issues concerning tenants, repairs, charges, etc. I must commend my property manager Justine Waterman for being so capable in resolving the many issues raised through the years. She has been responsive and professional in all my dealings with her and I especially appreciate her fairness in protecting my interests which is of utmost importance for an absentee landlord.

My boyfriend and I used Chestertons recently and were very happy with them. Emily Moffat was punctual and professional and she gave us a great viewing of a flat.

Excellent professional service! So far beyond other lettings agents. Delphine was an absolute delight. She understood our needs perfectly and followed up without being pushy. She went out of her way to help us find a property by reaching out to different offices and continued to provide valuable advice and support. We are grateful to her and Rafael from the Westminster office for making the process smooth and stress free and for finding us an excellent property!

I would like to offer our sincere thanks and appreciation to Ms. Angelina Malinina (Senior Property management Consultant) at Chestertons Property Mgt company.Ms. Malinina, who came into the picture just about after we had informed Chestertons of our decision to terminate tour cooperation, had been an extremely helpful and accommodating consultant during the last 2 months of our relationship with Chestertons.More specifically, Ms. Malinina went out of her way to provide us with the information we needed. We asked for spreadsheet of credits & debits and balances for the whole year of 2022, list of pending payments to Chestertons, cancellation of our contract with Chestertons and many other inquiries we had. She made time to meet with us in London during our last visit in March 2023. She did this despite the fact that she knew we were seizing our relationship with Chestertons, and there would probably be no incentive or credit for her in supporting us. I know she worked overtime to accommodate us.Clearly, Ms. Malinina is a very conscientious and reliable employee who knows how to treat her customers and provide the highest quality of service. We truly appreciated her assistance!

We were very happy with Chestertons handling the search for a tenant for our property. They were very professional and enthusiastic. Ms Russo was our first encounter, she had a good knowledge of the market in our area and explained to us the procedure very clearly. Then Tom Hewitt did the viewing and found us a tenant very quickly. After that, we received all the documents to review and sign online, which was very practical. Members of the agency also responded very quickly to any inquiries we had when contacted by email or phone. I even recommended them to my sister. I am very impressed with the service provided.
