Ordered 2 small items online. One was in stock other was promised following day. Had text to say 2nd item was ready and headed for screwfix only to be told they couldn't find the 2nd item. Wasted 15miles of expensive deisel and 40 mins of valuable time. Need to return tomorrow assuming the 2nd item, now reordered, arrives and can be found. Not happy.

Always fantastic service and fantastic prices. As a tradesman I need to be able to get hold of things quickly and at a reasonable price, and Screwfix delivers on both. I also love that I can click and collect, making it even easier and quicker to get what I need.

Placed click and collect order (on Friday) as website said local store had products in stock that I required. Expected to collect following day but got an email say product being sent to store from distribution centre and would not be available until Monday. Otherwise service and product quality could not be faulted.

Smallish Screwfix on industrial estate next to A259 roundabout. Staff friendly going about their jobs. However Screwfix if I have an instant voucher why do you make the poor staff put the long number in , wake up and join the barcode society that is the 21st century. Other companies have why don't you??Has good stock levels and if not then it's just a slight detour to th e next nearest store.

Very helpful staff, experienced and knowledgeable. The range of goods offered and stock levels were impressive.The speed of ordering and the counter delivery was far quicker than my expectation. Easy parking. All round this store is deserving of its 5 stars.

Brilliant staff, always happy to help, items in stock and if not they arrive the very next day 7 days a week. If your order is over £50 Screwfix will even get it to your house/site the very next day for FREE!! Can’t fault the team in store, and the recent refit looks amazing. Nice to see Screwfix spending money on my local store.
