I cannot recommend Isabelle enough for an amazing 1:1 consultant. I have never tried the 1:1 diet before but knew I needed something which could easily fit into my busy lifestyle. So far I've lost nearly 30lb. I feel absolutely amazing, I'm able to train harder and with more energy.I went to Isabelle with one goal in mind which was to fit in my 29 jeans and I did it. I'm honestly amazed. Isabelle has helped me retrain myself in knowing how many calories and the types of foods I should be eating. I don't snack

Isabelle is a fantastic consultant, who really knows her stuff. I was really apprehensive as I had so much much to loose, but she put me at ease from the very beginning, her positivity rubs off on you. So far she has helped me loose 6 stone. Isabelle has a fantastic range of products to choose from so you never get bored with what you eat. She goes above and beyond to ensure your success and has provided door to door delivery since lockdown. Best decision I have ever made.

A friend was involved with the 1-1 diet, which inspired me.My journey has been slow but that's due to my medical conditions.I enjoy the smoothies, shakes and bites, I'm on step 2 and over 4 months I've lost 2 stone.Isabelle my consultant is fantastic keeping me on my toes which I need but very helpful and informative when I question things.

If you want to lose weight here’s the way to do it .. along with great tasty food products Isabelle is fantastic . She offers loads of inspiration . She’s full of energy and positivity and is genuinely a lovely lady and is always there for you.

Isabelle put me at ease straightaway! No judgement just support, guidance and lots of handy tips and motivational messages to keep me going. My experience of the Cambridge 1:1 plan has been rewarding and positive and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you Isabelle for the new slimmer me :-)

What a great way to loss weight, takes the effort out of planning/measuring/counting calories . I stayed on the step 2 plan and lost over a stone in 6 weeks, plus 4 inches off my waist.Isabelle is fabulous she offers advice lots of tips to stay on plan.The products are very tasty and filling, the meal bars a dream.Highly recommend Isabelle and the 1-1 diet.
