These guys sold me two bikes - one Whyte 805 and one Cannondale Synapse. Their advice was great, the negotiations went well and the service has been super for the last 2 years or so. I took one bike back 3 weeks after a service, as an issue had not been resolved and it was felt with quickly and free of charge. I always take a pack of digestives for them - it never hurts!

Took my bike in with gear shifting issues. Done on the same afternoon, a gear service which solved the issue in question. Great value and service, one of the few decent shops actually in the High Street. Highly recommended.

Just had my brakes bleed and new pads done,job completed in just over an hour after dropping off! Very pleased with the service and will be my go to bike shop for the future after being let down by a local competitor!

These guys are Jedi Masters. My bike has been out of service since June. TBW were fully booked for services and repairs, so I had to go elsewhere. 3 times elsewhere and the problem couldn't be fixed. As the Lockdown rush ended I managed to get my poorly bicycle looked at by these inhabitants of Dogabah, and without any fuss they sorted everything out. Brilliant stuff. Thanks very much. These guys are very very good.

Managed to fix my rear derailleur hanger in my darkest hour of need! Great customer service and well stocked shop! Meant I could carry on the ride and avoid an early bath! Chapeaux

Nothing worse than over priced work that’s not even to a good standard. The clowns can’t even index a bike the first time. I’ve had to take multiple of my road bikes else where as they just don’t seem to know how to index a bike. Worst shop I’ve been to. Would be better off going Halfords.
