Top part of fireplace (limestone surround) broke off and smashed to pieces on the bottom section. Asked them to help or source another piece...not interested, still waiting on a further reply which I know I'm not going to get. All very well getting your business but if afterwards you can't be arsed helping and have no customer service skills then I'm afraid you get one star..probably one more than is deserved.
