Sarah did a fantastic job lovingly restoring our frail 58-year old teddy to his former chipper self without losing any of his vintage charm, even sourcing him a cardigan suitable for an old bear of such distinction. I cannot thank Sarah enough for her help with repairing my unicorn Sparkle who I have had since I was 6. Her hooves, horn and wings were torn and needed replacing.After a few messages back and forth with Sarah I shipped Sparkle off and she looks better than ever. Sarah completely understood her meaning to me. She was friendly and approachable. She had Sparkle for just under 2 weeks and kept me updated throughout the whole process to make sure I was happy with the fabric and the progress.If anyone needs a treasured childhood teddy repaired, Sarah is the best person to go to. It’s clear she loves her job and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to repair my teddies other than her. I cannot thank Sarah enough! Sparkle also appreciates the repair! She’s a bit of a show off now!

I found Sarah via a recommendation on Facebook and am I glad I did!!I took my 36 year old bunny to her that I've had since a baby, he was in a sorry state and I really wanted to hand him down to my little boy.Sarah updated me with progress throughout bunny's restoration and I'm so so over the moon with the result!I never thought I'd ever see Bunny with a face again!!Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely fantastic attentive service. Nothing was too much trouble and George (my childhood bear) had the refresh he needed without changing him too much.
