Nigel went above and beyond, sent over images and gave an honest assessment of the repair/condition of the TV. Unfortunately it was irreparable, however he prompted options of better models to buy in a comfortable pricing range and what models are best out there. Genuine guy with a great attitude. Give him a buzz and have photos/video ready and you’ll get a response quickly. I’d recommend for sure

Excellent service. Diagnosed the problem with the tv on the phone and reasonable quote for repair. Nigel came to collect the tv from me and dropped it back repaired the next day for the original price quoted with a 3 month guarantee. He also supplies replacement tvs if required whilst yours is being repaired. Would highly recommend

Nigel lived up to his many reviews. We spoke on the phone and he diagnosed the issue, gave me a price within hours and collected the tv the next day. After a couple of working days it was back in ship shape, he reset it for us and gave us details of the repair because we were interested. Nice fella.

Our tv worked but had no picture, I said to my husband maybe we could get it fixed as in the past we have taken them to the skip.I looked online and found Nigel’s website he had such good reviews, I am so pleased we chose him.He is such a pleasant person, polite and professional a real gentleman.He kept us informed every step of the way what was involved with the repair and the cost was very reasonable.The service was very quick and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Have to say Nigel has been amazing and very helpful our 65” lg tv blew in the recent lightning storm. It’s been repaired quickly and cheaper than my insurance excess. Great service from start to finish would highly recommend before throwing away or insurance claim. Will definitely use again if needed
