Management rude and uninterested in a woman being assaulted by two men for no reason just because the men were showing off buying bottles of champagne.Profit over care for their customers!

Door staff very rood. On trying to enter the establishment they gave us the spanish inquasition. Asking me and my friend for id. Clearly it was not for under age perposes as we are clearly over the legal age at a visual look. They said no id no entry. They do this because they only want very young people in the place, you see the younger people carry id to prove there age, so they play on this to have only younger generation in the bar. Never have i have had such a bad experience in sheffield town center before. I thought Sheffield was a friendly place. Last time i went to Leeds we found door staff to be dodgy and most had chips on there shoulders. Not allowing entry to groups of friends. And guess what while doing this there pubs were empty. Madness looser mentality taking over im afriad. Do not give this bar your business, avoid at all cost.Get some experienced staff on the go and run the show properly, cant get staff these days. Just Clownes playin at it.

They made a big explanation post saying that trainers are okay, yet my friend got turned away for wearing trainers. Don’t make a big fuss about your own policy if you don’t enforce it. Could have easily not made a post and avoided this review!!!

Music was very good, nice atmosphere. Quick service at the bar. Door staff all friendly except one who tried to not let me in, think he was Eastern European.

Over priced, pretentious Manager who doesn't know licensing rules told me to take a phone call I was on outside when I had a drink in my hand I asked what to do with my drink he said leave it, oh yes leave an overpriced (£8) drink I'd just started to go outside to take a phone call? When other people were on their phones inside? When I finished my call he had another dig at me I just listened and watched his face with such a bad attitude towards me. I'm a personal licence holder I wasn't drunk yet he treated me like I was telling me what to do with such a male to female derogatory attitude what a poor specimen of a man and what a poor manager. Do not go over priced drinks, no atmosphere, rude manager, will be another bar in a few months !

I tried to visit Onefourone on Saturday night at about 9pm with my boyfriend and two friends. The music sounded good from outside and it looked busy inside. However, we were turned away at the door because, according to the bouncer, my boyfriend was wearing sportswear. We questioned this and thought he might be referring to his trainers, which turned out not to be the problem. The bouncer clarified that it was because my boyfriend was wearing a black tshirt with a small Adidas logo. I'm not sure how this can be classed as sportswear. Maybe they just didn't like the look of us and couldn't come up with a valid reason so made something up. I won't be attempting to visit again.
