FIRST TIME USING THIS LADY FOR A PET SIT AND WILL NEVER USE AGAIN! This should have been a completely normal and professional house sit there was no illusion otherwise yet this was far from the reality of our experience.Consistently late from point of first contact, the day we flew dogs were left with no breakfast was meant to be there at 7am didn’t turn up until 10!We realised on the first night she had Snook her boyfriend and her dog into our house and they were sleeping at my house with her when she hadn’t asked my permission for this! This was not the agreement, No permission was gained for this yet they continued to stay all bloody week!!! I think this is beyond disrespectful, was lied to when I messaged to question what was going on whilst on holiday! (Could see from external cameras who was at my house). Ultimately leaving us in a terrible situation where we didn’t want to confront her about this as we didn’t want the dogs to be left with no care whilst we weren’t in the country!We could not relax on holiday knowing the dogs were being left for 6hrs+ at a time and not being walked until late at night, it was agreed the dogs would not be left for more than 4hrs which would have been fine if this actually happened. The house was in a state even though she had enough time to clean up despite us coming back a day early this should have made no difference to the rest of the week (this was the excuse given).If you want to relax and enjoy your holiday avoid Kings K9 services at all costs! We reduced payment due to the contract being broken and the sheer disrespect shown.
