Well what can I say!!Poor service turning Up late for viewings even forgetting!! Then if you pull out of buying a property with them wow good luck getting another viewing with them !! Blocking you conveniently “forgetting that you had appointment and the reason being taken our names down wrong !! So they say it’s laughable really ! So 1 star is far more than they deserve but have to leave a star .

Wonderful personalised service from start to finish. Selling a house can be a difficult process, and even more challenging when living out of the country but the staff at Gareth L Edwards could not have provided a better service. There was always someone at the end of a line or email to guide me through each stage. Completion done, and will recommend to anyone!

Good when I rented from them, with just a couple of minor issues.Terrible when I tried to buy a house via this agency. The more serious one was then they asked me to traipse across Bridgend with £1200 in my pocket, because heir card reader wasn’t working.The lady I dealt with for the potential purchase was quite vocal, andI felt she was speaking down to me at times. She even tried to give me a lesson in stamp duty, which is something I knew about perfectly well.It was borderline 3-4 stars for me, but what brings it down to a three-star-review is that staff all addressed me by my first name, which came across as unprofessional.

I would just like to say, that even though i didn't end up buying a property through Gareth Edwards Estate Agents, i found them incredibly professional in what they do.I would also like to mention how proactive they were, and i genuinely felt that they wanted to go out of their way to personally help me achieve my goal of owning a home.They were going out of their way to assist me, and were constantly looking for the right property to suit my needs.They were by far the best Estate Agent i had dealt with, throughout the whole process.Well done to Alison and the team.
