After walking around the store we went into the cafe it was the best I'd had for a while. Toastie and chips (which was excellent) great value for money.

Asda here poor, shelves often empty and staff in no rush to help at self serve tills.Matalan OK but too long wait at tills.KFC OK.

Made a purchase at a shop here and they said it would be ready in about 30 minutes. So went back to collect it. I received a parking eye fine of £70 for revisiting the car park. I think this is a really unpleasant way to run a retail park. Will not be visiting Mount Pleasant again. What a nasty landlord having such nasty rules with a nasty company parking eye. No wonder no one bothers to visit shops anymore.

Ok, place to shop for clothing and groceries. Will no longer eat here. The staff in the cafe are rude and don't seem to want to be there. They refused for me to look at the Allergen folderSaid there don't have one.There is a staff member there who is rude and patronising and swears and sighs at customers

Not impressed! Considering there are 4 shops that share 1 massive car park, visitors can not return within 1 hour of their initial visit or they'll receive a fine of £70 or £40 if paid with a day or two (can't remember precisely). Nevertheless my situation was : I went to Asda, then left to continue shopping elsewhere before returning 47 min a later for dome food at the KFC. 2 weeks later I received a later stated that I had returned within the 1 hour limit. As a result I had to pay £40 for arriving 13 minutes than I was permitted to. Absolutely ridiculous!

Asda mt Pleasant is a very nice store, easy to get around with a good range of grocery items and household products. I recommend this store.

Google Location clearly isn't that good as I visit either Everlast Gym (most frequently) or ASDA unless I'm collecting a parcel from Matalan but Maps never seems differentiate between them.Everlast Gym is excellent - friendly, knowledgeable Staff with great facilities and good opening hours. Also polite, courteous customers unlike some other chains I could mention. I'm making more use of the pool of late as I'm planning to do a Triathlon in September and I swim like a brick as Our Kid told me I'd discover having not really done much swimming since I was in School when I floated (pun intended) the idea a while back!

We went there specifically for breakfast but despite the store being open, and the cafe staff being there, we had to wait 30 mins for the cafe to open. Next time we'll go down the road to another cafe.

Store is clean and tidy. Only thing I'd say which seems to be the same at most Asda and Tesco stores is the inconsiderate people who park in child spaces (when they don't have children) and in disabled spaces and don't have a badge.

Used this car park for nearly 10 years to shop at the stores there such as Asda and Matalan.Recently received a parking fine for £70, for returning to the car park within an hour of leaving, which apparently isn't allowed... never knew this, needs to be highlighted more clearly on entry/exit like the max stay time of 3 hours is on signs. Be warned!
