Such a lovely place. I wish all my scans were done here. Staff are very polite, friendly and environment was very clean and calm. The little video and images sent to me of my Beautiful baby are worth every penny paid. Most of all my partner could be there too and didn't have to wait outside he could stay with me.

WARNING!!!£100 fine for 30 minutes parking from a private parking firm. Ultrasound Direct wanted nothing to do with the matter and could only say sorry they should had put my registration in to stop it happening.WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN.

Appreciated all the procedures taken to keep us and the employees safe. The sonographer was lovely, she explained everything we were seeing on screen and the gel was even warm! Never had so many photos and all available to download straight to my phone.

Me and my partner could not have wished for a better experience! We was so overwhelmed by how amazing these scans are. We was greeted by the staff at ultrasound direct with a lovely smile and a warm welcome the whole atmosphere felt so wonderful and exciting. We are truly grateful that technology has advanced the way it has and we could see our baby in 4d and all our babies little features it was very emotional. It was truly amazing and breath taking. We also thought the range of extra keep sakes you could buy was amazing too we purchased 4 key rings with our babies scan photo inside and a teddy you could have your babies heartbeat recorded into which we absolutely love and find so beautiful something to love and cherish forever. We highly recommend anyone too use ultrasound direct you will not be disappointed we couldn't have asked for better. Thank you too the lovely staff for looking after us and making our day very special.

I found the whole experience really easy and stress-free. Booking the appointment was quick and all of the information provided was helpful. We attended our appointment on a Sunday which meant that the surgery was not open and therefore reception was not immediately obvious. We followed the signs and didn't get too lost. The staff were all lovely and friendly. I went for an early scan as I was a little nervous about the pregnancy. The staff made me feel at ease and the whole thing was a great experience. There was nothing to worry about and I got some wonderful pictures of our little peanut. I would highly recommend Ultrasound Direct.

DON’T use this company!I booked a nipt+ scan and arranged a weekend away around the scan as I had to travel to another city as they didn’t do this type of scan in my city.They rang a week before the scan saying they would have to cancel as the person taking bloods was Ill.This is understandable if that is the case however surely a nationwide company can move a employee from a clinic just down the road to come and do it or send me to a nearby clinic for blood work or even offer the scan on that day and the bloods on a separate occasion. They were anything but accommodating. I spoke to a woman called Rifiat, who wanted to move my appointment to a week Later and claimed that it wouldn’t be a good time to do the scan anyways as I should be closer to 11 weeks even though the website clearly states from 10 weeks. She then spoke to me in a very condescending tone claiming most people get a scan before 10 weeks. She had no empathy towards my situation and didn’t say sorry even though I had booked a stay for the weekend in this city.I did some more research and found a company nearby who actually do a better scan and test for a lot more things that can be done from 9 weeks so I think this company must be using old technology anyway.Still awaiting my deposit refund, I doubt I’ll be getting it without having to chase it up.Very disappointing

Couldn't ask for a better experience. From an early scan at 8 weeks, to our 4D Babybonding scan at 28 weeks- I have felt very well cared for during each scan as the staff there are second to none. In particular Dawn, who was so easy going yet so super determined to get good photos of our bubba for us, it means so much and was 100% worth every penny. I am so glad I made the decision to use Ultrasound Direct Sheffield and would recommend the services to any one unsure of having a private scan. Thank you!
