GL & Co has been using Brief Your Market for many years now, and we are starting to expand our usage even more and as a couple of other agents have asked if we would recommend it, we wanted to add our thoughts here! BYM integrates with our estate agency system and we can talk to our database of clients in many ways using the system. Whether that be automated email correspondence on the customer journey, bespoke newsletters, targeted mailings (both emails and print), prospecting with the BuildYM tools or using their library of articles to keep our database up to date with interesting, pertinent and engaging information about the property industry, we would definitely recommend the system to other agents. Our account manager Chloe is regularly making contact with us and answers any questions we have, along with a very helpful Support team.

Have used Brief your Market for a couple of years, it has been very up and down. The good is that its great software, the bad is there has been some errors. The service from Jonathan has been excellent though, so I would give 5 stars to Jonathan and 3 stars to Brief Your Market.

Just another property marketing company that promises the world but Dont deliver. We have done several products with these guys and the Nurtur Group and they sign you up then disappear! Could only provide us with 3 leads in 2 months on their social media package and at a total cost of around £400 a lead.

I have been working with BYM for 18 months now and am very happy with them. Jonathan and his team are efficient, friendly and easy to work with. I have seen my leads increase which has helped the office achieve more market appraisals and instructions. I am very happy to recommend them.

Complete waste of money. On paper it looks like an excellent concept, however, the communication is terrible. After trying to make things work for nearly a year (and being stuck in contract) they still get my email address wrong last month in the newsletter and get my properties mixed up with another company. My customer relations manager has changed 3 times; each one tells me things will improve, but they don't. The designers keep changing and therefore each month I feel I have to start from scratch with explaining what I'm trying to achieve. During January I was supposed to have 3 campaigns, I received the draft of the first one on the 20th Jan (3 weeks into the month - after chasing about 5 times throughout the month). I received the draft for the second one on the 27th Jan (month nearly over!), and didn't (and still haven't) received a third one!Be very careful before signing a contract.
