Cambridge Fibre

While I cannot attest to the quality of service itself yet (the line is still pending installation), I am very impressed with the way Cambridge Fibre has dealt with me so for. One of the very few companies that were willing to connect fibre to my new build, with very reasonable prices and and great offering. The company truly goes above and beyond to install the line as quickly as possible, they can and even offer a 4G alternative in the meantime. Based on the customer service far I can definitely recommend Cambridge Fiber.EDIT: I have used their fibre services for over a year now and it has been the best experience I've ever had with any ISP. Haven't run into a single issue in all this time - something I've never experienced with any of the big-name providers. Cambridge Fibre is a great example of how an ISP should provide services to it's customers. Not to mention the very competitive pricing compared to other providers operating in my area.

Exceptional costumer service. You can call them and get to speak with someone competent in 30 seconds since dailing; it is a bit ridiculus to be impressed about it but I had to deal with Virgin/BT and others...They solved all the issues and rescheduled within minutes installation appoitments to work around my previous provider cancelation date.I still need to test the service but feels very good to get listened to and people making things work.-------Update after 1.5 years with them.Excellent speed with virtually no down time and the customer service is top. Really recommended it for anyone.

We have had great experience dealing with Cambridge Fibre. It is really convenient to use local company. Simon was very helpful and responsive. We got what we have asked for, quickly and effortless. Highly recommend them to everyone!

Just had Cambridge Fibre 900 installed, and we're very happy with the service and speeds. The friendly and knowledgable installation team were fantastic and the process was very smooth, despite a fiddly install into the property. This will make a big difference to our day to day operations. Would highly recommend, 5 stars!

Getting an install date was painful!! Aside from that, it's been a solid service over the last 2 years.I've had a few comms with support and they've helped me set up a guest-wifi network, resolve WiFi signal issues and update the router.For me, post-install support and price are key. I'm on the residential £33/month for 200mb up/down. Support have been excellent. Definitely recommend Cambridge Fibre

I've been a customer for almost 18 months and thoroughly recommend Cambridge Fibre. The speed and reliability are both excellent. I've only once had the need to use their customer support and they were quick to respond and resolve the issue.

I’ve just received the most fantastic service from Vincent at Cambridge fibre. I’ve had Cambridge Fibre for nearly a year now and speeds and connection have always been great. Had small issue yesterday and called at 5pm on a Friday - I couldn’t believe it, within 20 minutes Vincent was out trying to fix the issue. It was slightly more complicated and so needed another visit. I was expecting him back Monday but Vincent came back today on his day off (Saturday)and has sorted it. Amazing service - I’ve been with BT and Sky in past and I would still be waiting on hold now I reckon. Thanks very much really appreciate it. Cheers Ben

I have only had Cambridge Fibre's broadband for a couple of days, so I can't comment on that aspect. Although it has been stable since installation. What I can comment on is the service I have received so far from all the members of the company I have dealt with. In one word: outstanding. From Simon at sales, explaining to me my options, finding connection dates that would work around my schedule, giving me advice on the different packages. I never felt Simon was pushing for a hard sale. In the end, the decision was easy, they have a package that is cheaper than my current one, faster and more stable (I hope).The installation team (sorry I forgot your names) was just as good. A few weeks earlier, even before I had committed to anything, they knocked on the door to explain where my connection on the street pole was, and possible routes of the cabling into my house. On installation day, they were on time, polite, flexible and a lot more knowledgeable than I expected. They ensured everything was working, the speeds were as expected and that I was happy. I would highly recommend Cambridge Fibre.
