This business is absolutely amazing. I unfortunately had to return a scooter for repair but from sending back to repaired and returned to me was less than a WEEK EVEN DURING POSTAL STRIKE! fabulous service. Thankyou Eric.

When I first found this company looking for cheap E Scooters, I was worried it could be a scam, as the prices were so good. Not only was it not a scam, I got the best customer service from Eric and a refurbished AOVO Pro from order to door in less than 24 hours. Great prices, friendly service and supporting an SME. Absolutely recommended

Excellent business.We bought a AovoPro scooter from the manufacturer online. It packed up 1 day before the warranty expired. They sent a label for the post to send it to Hookies. It was back within days, repaired and running well. There even adjusted the brakes into the bargain.Defo good outfit. I thought it would be months.Great job Hookies.Andy B

great customer service could recommend anyone better, my scooter didn't arrive after a week because of delays at the delivery company so the guys at hookies sent me a new one out straight away monday morning honestly the best company i have ordered from, thanks guys

Spoke to the owner and we chatted about his great scooters, hope he remembers me in my orange work uniform, his scooters are a better range than halfords and he has stronger manly scooters that can take a bigger person so I look forward to buying from him soon.
