Found what I wanted. .but the manager needs to get good Public relations training course and interpersonal skills on how to talk and relate to customers. Perhaps she should observe the Team at Bearwood High Street and learn from them.

Me and my partner popped in today to purchase some items and noticed that one of the items was on sale. Once my partner paid i asked how much it was and i realised that he had just paid the full price instead of the sale price. We brought this up to a colleague who double checked and said that the sale starts tomorrow and handed us back the item. I argued that they cannot do that and that we pay the price advertised. It was only when i kicked up a fuss that they agreed to refund us the difference. It wasnt about the £1.50 difference but about the fact that they were selling falsely advertised prices and then stating that the price is effective from tomorrow when questioned. Another lady behind us had the same issue!. I didnt get the staff member’s name but she was just absolutely clueless and unapologetic. Wont shop in there again.

Horrible customer service. I asked for 3 1000 mg boxes of CBD oil and was charged for them, on my way home I noticed that I was given 2 1000mg boxes and 1 300mg box (the boxes look the same apart from the small text saying the amount). When I went to return them the staff member that gave me the boxes was very rude and aggressive. She told me that she gave me the 300mg box because they were out of the 1000mg ones. I asked why she didn’t tell me and charged me for the 1000mg boxes, and she rudely accused me of “acting funny” and claimed she gave it to me on accident. This was obviously a lie, as she had just stated she gave it to me because they were out of 1000mg boxes. Luckily I got my money back.

All the ladies in there are amazing they answer all ur questions and individually have there own way of dealing with the public in a professional manner each and everyone of them I’ll name some are absolutely delightful really recommend everyone go here !! Look out for these ladies Shelly Julie Thea bisma and rishika they should be given medals for the work they do !!!

Very judgemental staff when approaching the counter to till to pay for goods which is really unnerving.Not *ONE* smile was given which would have been a better welcoming experience for me as this was my 1st time.There are loads of stuff, so it's very hard to tell what you want. Place is very cramped and you can't move peacefully in each aisle.Prices of the vitamins are way more expensive than my local pharmacies.

They have good products no side effects even i tried there Aloe vera gel which is really so good for skins highly recommend
