Worst service in the world. You won’t get a phone connection with them. Always saying that they are closed, even if its working time. Don’t know why government is paying salary to those people. Taking all our money as tax and paying to the government employees for nothing.

Absolute joke! - God forbid you need to speak to an advisor because their online chat is useless, you will never get through to anyone! Worse for those that work an office job that don't have over 1hr to sit on the phone waiting for someone to answer that never actually does.
