Recently had 2 windows for my new kitchen extension. Had them done in hardwood as whole house has hardwood windows.I am extremely please with the way Arden windows handle my order from sales to delivery. they even matched the colour to my existing windows, the staff were very helpful at each stage of the process. Estimated delivery was 4 weeks but beat my expectation, delivered within 3 weeks.The product is of first class very happy with it. Would highly recommend them to anybody wanting windows. definitely go back to them.A+++++++++++

Avoid avoid avoid. The paint peeled off our windows within months. We took them to small claims court and won, then they went into administration with hundreds of dissatisfied customers all seeking compensation. Low and behold they're trading again. Buy from them at your peril. I feel like they stole 14k from us...

All the paint started flaking off my £35k window order within 3 months! Instead of honouring their warranty, they managed to appoint Begbies Traynor to go into a form of liquidation which meant they will not be honouring any warranties. This company is a SHAM, order your windows from anywhere but here..Update: 15/2021 given your response today are you now saying you will honour your guarantee by fixing the paint work? Even more of the paint has started to flake off.Given your response today

Arden went in to insolvency, left us with warped /damaged/scratched windows, paint pealed off after less than a year. Due to the insolvency we have had none of the problems fixed. How they are still trading is a joke. Don't risk this happening to you, avoid this company.

Terrible workmanship. Our new period conversion arched windows were installed half complete, with some of the wooden beads missing, awful scratches across the window panels, and paint peeling off within months of moving in. Arden have no interest in fixing anything - it has taken nearly 6 months now since our complaint, with the company avoiding taking any steps towards a resolution, not agreeing to book a time for re-doing the windows, and so on.Avoid like the plague.

Delivered and fitted, very pleased with the finish & quality. Even after our builders put the windows in upside down, they sent a guy down to remove then replace! Excellent service and quality.
