Very efficient and got the job done quickly

Alan listened to my description of the problem, an intermittent clicking noise, turned up on time and asked if parking position was OK. He diagnosed the fault within minutes and charged a very reasonable callout fee. There was nothing wrong with the machine except increasing age and reassured us that it was still fine to use it. Also advised that he would be able to supply and install our next machine when needed.A lot cheaper than the official engineers we used during the guarantee period, if we had gone to them this time. We now have a good, local and reliable engineer who knows what he is doing.

Great customer service between Alan and his wife. Alan rearrranged an appointment for me and arrived on time, diagnosed our washing machine as too expensive to fix and did not charge anything. Thank you Alan.

What a lovely Man! he came over and diagnosed my fault before ordering the part which ended up saving me lots of wasted money. Turns out I need a Samsung engineer to come out as its more of a computer issue than a technical fault, he didn't even charge me for his time! I really recommend Alan :) local and reliable repair guy.
