Good range of different pitches for motorhome, caravan or tent, plus a great place to walk or picnic round the two fishing lakes

Can not comment really . Never camped or fished . Just went to see my lad play a gig there.. but overall it looked a clean site and decent fishing lakes ..

Average day on pellet, nothing particularly big but there's plenty of carp in the Mallard lake, shame the temperature spiked to 30° around 14.00. Will be going again soon.

Was there last August bank holiday with family and friends and back there on Friday, fantastic place facilities very good and fantastic cafe/diner with a great menu, staff very friendly and the fishing is great too.

Awesome place to come and chill out, great site, great facilities and friendly staff, one of these favourite local sites xxxxx

Site is ok. Mainly grass pitches. £12 a night for electric hook up!!! On top of pitch price!!!, I thought was a bit extortionate. Where most sites I have been too it would on be a couple of £’s per night on top of pitch fee. Fishing lakes looked good, (there is an additional fee for fishing £13 for 2 rods!)but fish weren’t interested in any bait I tried. No sign of any fish cruising around on the day I went. Caravan & camping fields were spacious, so plenty of room for children to play their outdoor games. Expensive compared to other sites that have more up to date facilities and good fishing for less £.

I wouldn't recommend this place!This campsite was so loud and full of children and dogs from all directions...The customer service from the owner was awful, he was rude and dismissive to our concerns.They make the rules up as they feel on the day, there is no clear policy on cancellations or refunds.

A nice site, although it has a few things that would make it even better. Showers need drain on tiled floor or mop left out as get really muddy and slippery. Possibly another washing up sink and some lights around there as not level ground and slight step. Bit of a trip hazard in the dark2023- wood by loos could do with a reflective strip or glow in dark paint. It’s pitch black and slow going walk in pouring rain
