Me and my partner Fibi had an amazing experience with Your Mortgage shop Arnold branch. Daniel Elliott was our advisor, he was very efficient at replying to emails, and helped the process get down as quickly as possible, even when there was a minor hiccup it was dealt with really well. Excellent service from Daniel Elliott at Your Mortgage Shop! We were first time buyers and buying a house at auction so had lots of worries and questions but Daniel reassured us by explaining the process and answering all of our concerns. He was extremely professional and very quick to respond. We would 100% recommend, it felt like a stress free process with Daniels help and we are so happy with our house.
