Please do not trust these Cowboys. Nothing but lies and empty promises. Attempted to break building regulations by flouting laws on lintels and tried to fit standard glass where it has to be toughened because they make more money. Told them to leave premises and not to fit window. This Company is totally unscrupulous and not fit to work on any property. All info forwarded to HSE, Trading Standards and Building Control. Don't take the risk and avoid this Company at all costs!

I don't usually write reviews. but was so impressed with my new windows and doors .I felt I had to comment and thank them from start to finish the customer service was outstanding and the price so reasonable I would 100% recommend fair trade home improvements Ltd infact my neighbour liked my windows so much that she has just made enquires for hers to be done .Thanks again

Avoid this company.Windows were fitted to my property in November, during which, some damage was done to my property. I have allowed ‘Fairtrade Home Improvements’ several opportunities to deal with my complaint and fix the damage yet nothing has been done. After several communications with this company, I had a clumsy letter form the MD Ryan Lewis stating he ‘thought it had been dealt with’. Months later, still nothing which is totally unacceptable. The way they have treated me is anything but fair.

Excellent value for money! The guy who came to quote was really helpful. No pressure at all! Had a few quotes and we thought Fairtrade offered the best quality for the best price. Installation was quick, clean and proffessional! I would reccomend fairtrade home improvements to anyone and will come back to them if I need more work done! Thanks again!

BEWARE! The good reviews on this company are fake, look into them, 1 review history off each person and they all have dylexsia. Their website claims that they have thousands of happy customers yet they have only been trading out of a small shed in St. Helen's for two years and where are the thousands of reviews?This is a terrible company that I advise you to swerve at all costs.They are incompetent throughout and they blame each other for being so bad. We had a salesman come to our house 16th August and we were pressured to place the order there and then otherwise we would lose the special discount". We were happy with the price so this wasn't too much of a problem but still annoying. We were told at the point of sale that the windows would be fitted in 4 to 6 weeks and a certified surveyor would come round and do a thorough check of our house and measure everything up accurately. A couple of weeks later the surveyor turned up with his wife/girlfriend in the car

This company use high pressure sales practices. Read the small print on the contract before signing.
