They called us back within a couple of hours of the initial enquiry. Came to give us a quote a couple of days later.Every contact with Melody and her team was on time, well communicated and straightforward.The actual installation was amazing, the house was left clean and safe every night.The staircase is beautiful and the attention to detail is second to none.We would not hesitate to use Cheshire Stair Design again and we highly recommend them to anyone.
