My partner came into the mobile phone dept. this morning, worried because she thought her phone had been hacked. The young man there was really fantastic, checking absolutely everything for her, and was able to reassure her that all was well. All done quickly and courteously, and with excellent knowledge . Big store with plenty of food clothing items. Has key cutting service available. Popped in for some clothing and stationery and this store has a wide selection of stationery.

Good range of products and I love the Tesco clubcard offers but why are stores closing manned tills. Crazy. 1 till open and a queue of 7 trolleys waiting to be served. One couple just abandoned their shopping in the isle and decided to go somewhere else to shop. The poor girl on the till was under 18 (needed to get authorisation for alcohol sales) and new and getting all the stick for something entirely not her fault. Finally opened a second till as we got to the front of the queue and it had dropped. So many people without jobs and shops just cut staff to save a few pounds. What about the elderly and disabled who can't use the self serve tills. Also no longer selling video games, music or DVD's. Crazy world we are now in where you can't buy things and can't get a decent service

Just had breakfast in the poole cafe. This was pretty poor. Asked for extra only for the b/fast to come out very late and missing the main ingredients beans. This is the 3rd time with this service being slow, cold and over cooked. Will be going elsewhere.

Have to wait for staff at self scan to check own bags in. Then have to wait again to get tag removed from goods. To much waiting. Bad management.

alright so I walked into the shop and the automatic doors didn’t work walk into the door didn’t i. after i got some lovely wispa bar and a drink which gives us a star, went down some aisle and some old man touched my shoulder and shoved me out the way, I consider this an offence. i then walked out and the door didn’t shut on me so that’s another star. cracking experience

Omg. I think their plan is to put the slowest staff on the tills, so you remember how slow it was, and use the self service next time! ( not us. We will go back to Tower park!)
