Ordered a mattress for my sofa bed arrived in two days very pleased with the service.

Ordered shower mixer unit on Monday received Wednesday, excellent service would use again.

Very nice and not too pricey. Been here a few times and always nice

Arrived here today sat 8th April at 11am to find business closed yet says open on Web site !not happy !!!!!

Did not have part .ask if they would order them he said NO

I agree with everthing these rewiews say, lady is not very pleasent at all she is very abrupt and condasending.my 1st order came within days my next order came nearly 2 weeks later i found a new company i now use

Ordered and delivered in a day and a half.Well done.What let it down was no confirmation of order so l was unsure if it had been processed so l telephoned them for confirmation but they didn’t answer the phone.

I would like to share my experience, beware of this company, i place an order exactly a week on i emailed to see where the item where as i was still waiting for them, to get a snotty response, that two out of four items were out of stock of several week and a notice was on the item stating i should look before ordering (which it was not i proved this to the company) they came back with it must be a fault with my phone, however i asked when will the two that is in stock will be sent to me it is over a week and can i refunded for the other items they agree said they will be sent in the next post and a refund will be organised, 4 days later the items had still not be dispatched and not refunded so i contacted them for a full refund on all the items, the emails from the girl dealing with were absolutely appalling and unprofessional. I am still waiting for a refund! i wish i read the reviews before ordering for this company
