I'm a new Landlord with Century 21 East Ham, and have just recently celebrated my 1st year with them! Outstanding level of service and by far the most impressive managing agent I've experienced so far. I recently completed an internal renovation at my property with new kitchen and bathroom fitted. Nafeesa and the team have been extremely diligent and transparent with placing the new tenants and the support they required, in achieving a smooth and trouble free first year for all to settle in. Gave my property to Century 21 to rent out a few months ago, was dealing with Nafeesa who is a very polite individual, and defintley knows the trade. Before finding Century 21 Heritage. I was having such a difficult time with renting in East London being a single man with a normal job (circa 26k per annul) Everyone was either asking for a guarantor or that I earn 80,000+ Neither of which I had at the time. They never judged me based on earnings or background, they treated me with the upmost respect and effort throughout my time looking for a flat with them. Since moving in they have been super helpful and responsive.
