ALARM SECURE

Dermot installed an alarm at our home in Raheny in 2018. He was professional but with a nice manner, and we are very happy with our alarm. We then had Dermot install at our parents house, and in a new build in 2020. Different requirements, advice, and set-ups for each of the houses, but all of them installed with no issue. I'd recommend Dermot to anyone.

Dermot called to my home and took details of the work to be done in installing a new house alarm. He came across as a very nice man and explained everything to me. Later that evening, he emailed me a quotation for the installation which was acceptable to me. I rang him the following morning, and told him to go ahead with the work. He told me he would install the alarm on Friday 12/5/23. On that morning, I rang him to confirm a time that he was calling, so that someone would be here to let him in. He did not answer his mobile. I left a voice mail to this effect. I then texted him, but got no reply. I tried contacting him throughout the morning but my calls went to message minder. This was over a week ago, and I have not heard from Dermot since.Based on my experience with Dermot and his Company, I would not recommend him to anyone. Incidentally, I have today had an alarm fitted by a reputable company, at a keener price, who called on the day and time agreed so all is good.

I would highly recommend this company for a new alarm fitting or issues with an existing alarm. A great service all around, very responsive, very professional, quick and great value. All options and settings for the alarm were clearing explained and detailed. The HKC app is very impressive and it gives you the extra level of comfort to check the status of your alarm after leaving the house, it's very easy to use.
