WISH I'D READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING. Seeking reliable source of packing materials for Ebay/Amazon selling. Placed first order with UK Packaging for perforated bubble wrap, packing tape & jiffy bags. The 300mm x 100m perforated wrap was NOT perforated. I specified perforated due to a fractured wrist to make life easier. Received apology from Chloe/customer services but no replacement/reimbursement. That will be my only order from you.

Great service from UK Packaging. Have used them for a few years now and have been very helpful throughout. Glen on hand to chat and help with getting bubble wrap, boxes, tape and film into us as fast as the next day.

Originally I'd just make an online purchase so no need to review that, I review for service but then Glen B got in touch to ask if he can help with our account and since then it's been onwards and upwards, I have a whole different outlook on UK Packaging now, I have moved more purchases over to them due to the ease of ordering and have managed to obtain great pricing too, so I would highly recommend them, if you currently just order large amounts online, contact them and ask for an account manager, it makes all the difference. :)

I placed an order a few weeks ago and accidentally selected the wrong delivery option (standard instead of next day), customer service was excellent and resolved the issue for me very quickly.The delivery itself arrived in good condition, in good time, and the postal boxes were perfect. Do not order with this company - atrocious customer service. Whilst I understand that we are in a Pandemic, there is no information about delays on their website. They accepted my order and confirmed 2-3 working days. 8 days later they still haven't even shipped my order. They said it's too hard to notify people of delays which means I now have to notify my 40 customers of the delays to their orders. Not that this company cares in the slightest

I have have placed a fe orders with UK Packaging now and they have always devlierd quickly. I have had issues with two of the orders, one of which was entirely my fault, and the customer service over the phone is great. I had my issue fixed almost immidiately even though i'm pretty sure my package had already left the facility! (Thanks for this Glen!)I will continue to use them in the future for my orders.A note though that if you need to contact customer service then give them a call if it is urgent.
