Worked with this company from june to September... Didn't get one payment silly of me really i should of left there and then, every time od hand my timesheets in id get another blackmail it was happening every pay day.., but when u have the office constantly calling you asking you to cover... I have now found a new job and am very happy... But its not just the money i earnt and never got... I'd go to the service users homes and hardly knew anything about them i kept askng the office to go and assess the service user (the service user never got assessed).. Lack of communication which is a shame... If you are looking for a job, go elsewhere, BC the office dont work with you. You'd be on your own. Word has been spread

Absolutely appalling. Not getting the care my nan deserves. The thing that has inparticularly hit our family is two carers overdosing her within an hour and 45 minutes. One carer came in and gave the medication (like they should've). A little while later, a different carer has come in and gave the exact same medication but on the next day in her blister pack. There is no way that should've happened and the exact reason why they're in blister packs in the first place. She is on a lot of important medication for her heart, breathing, blood thinners, morphine etc. So she was giving double the dose. It was all written in the book the carers write in. We have proof they've done it. An ambulance was called and she ended up in hospital. The carers admitted they both gave her the evening medication. It wasn't until my auntie has phoned and got social services involved that they have denied doing it. My nan wouldn't know any different on whether she had the medication or not because she has dementia. The care was set up for free after being discharged from hospital. After next week, it has to be paid for and none of us are happy with the prices they charge, with the mistakes they keep making. This didn't kill her. She is weak as it, she weighs 6 stone. However, our worry as a family is that this could happen to someone else who is on a lot stronger medication and it does kill them.

My mum has dementia ,she has to pay for her care, care was put in place as she was neglecting herself, this is still the same as all you get is they can't force her to.One carer gave her tea time tablets ,and night time carer gave her more tea time tablets from a different day on blister pack, end up all night with my mum at hospital. You pay for 30 mins but they are never there that amount of time .When they have someone off sick they ring me up and ask me to do my mum tablets.Today morning carer didn't turn up and I had to ring then,so I had to give my mum her tablets. The carers are not giving enough training.

I have worked for this company and it’s unorganised, unprofessional and the treatment of service users is poor. Don’t use this company for your family or loved ones. you will regret it, your family deserves better.Poor training, poor policies and procedures, a lot of medication errors. Management cover up most incidents. A lot of abuse from staff, which are not safeguarded properly.
