We went to the store in Lancaster few days ago. I’m not satisfied with the customer service. The sales assistant kept asking me to put the shoes back to the shelf while I was trying them on because they would be mixed up with the ones she took from the stock. How could you mix up with different sizes? !!! Can’t believe that as a customer, I have to keep standing up and put the shoes back! I actually fancied one, but didn’t buy as I don’t like this sales! I rather buy this one at other store which has great sales!

Really friendly and patient staff member, who gave us the time, without the constant pestering. The recent 20-40% off deals have been great deals and meant we've been able to save some money too. We'll be back again soon.

Just been into Clark’s to buy some new shoes for work and the manager was super helpful, kind and friendly! I couldn’t thank her enough for all her help choosing the best shoes.I came in my gym gear so not the outfit I would wear with these shoes . She kindly gave me some skin-colour socks to try these shoes on and guided me in similar shoes to pick my favourite.Thank you very much! Need more people like you in this world .

It's an okay place to get a bubble tea . Issue would be the lack of hot drinks compared to another location nearby. Also, now that I've discovered the other shop, this one is kind of ranked the #3 of the best bubble tea shops in the city center.Latest drink I got here was bitter, and had a bad after taste....

Excellent service for new school shoes for the kids. Brilliant, knowledgeable staff, served by Amy who was brilliant. Got the shoes is sizes we needed only a few days before the new school year, excellent! A side note Lancaster centre is lovely.

Extremely rude staff and the woman in charge was condescending and full of so much self importance that she ended up neglecting customers. We wanted to look at shoes and she tried to deny us access into a shop claiming that they were busy despite there only being three other people in there. Needless to say this instantly put us off buying anything from the store and we promptly left.
